We employ transformational development approach as a model of implementing all our programs. This involves empowering vulnerable communities, individuals and families with skills, knowledge and resources to plan and manage their own process of transformation. By involving local communities in this process, we inspire them with positive attributes of self-confidence, courage and self-belief which enable them undertake self responsibilities and leadership roles in managing their own affairs for a better future. We espouse for egalitarianism by ensuring local community ownership of all projects. Advocacy becomes our essential tool in fighting against harmful norms of injustice and inequality for through it we mobilize, harness and amplify the minds and hearts of people to understand and speak in one voice about their rights. Through education, training, sensitization and campaign programs, we are committed to empower men and women to change unjust policies, practices, and structures affecting the most vulnerable in Maasai community. The success of our mission depends on partnership with international organizations, governments, businesses, faith-based organizations, philanthropic individuals, community-based organizations, and other non-governmental organizations, are very critical in improving and sustaining the well-being of vulnerable communities.
